Anil has been building and monetizing software solutions for the US P&C insurance industry for over 3 decades. In the early 1990’s Anil co-founded STG, a product based core solutions provider to the P&C insurance industry.
STG with a loyal client base of 35 insurance carriers and over 200 associates was acquired by MajescoMastek in 2008 as part of their foray in the US Insurance industry. Anil and his team continued to lead, shape, and scale the insurance division at MajescoMastek until 2015 when it was spun off as a publicly traded entity now known as Majesco, one of the leading providers of core platforms for the P&C and L&A insurance industry.
Anil currently provides advisory, consulting, and business development services in leadership roles continuing his passion for working with entrepreneurs, insurtech startups, and MGA’s, helping them innovate and launch new insurance and software products and services.
Justin has been challenging the status quo within the insurance industry for over twenty years. He has spent his career in myriad roles within commercial insurance building skills across the policy life cycle. He spent a decade driving Small Business strategy at a national carrier prior to coming to Vital in 2025.
When not solving business problems for his clients, customers and company, Justin enjoys coaching youth sports in suburban Chicago where he resides. He has been on the board of the local Youth Little League since 2021 and has been coaching football, baseball and girls basketball for years. Justin is a proud father of two and husband of a nurse with whom he shares his passion for helping others.
Piyush has had a varied and very successful career in Insurance covering several facets of the Industry – Insurance services consulting in Big 4, Insurance carrier Executive at F500, InsurTech Start-up Founder (with a successful exit), Insurance Company Board member, InsurTech Advisory Board, InsurTech Board Member and is considered a thought provoking visionary and speaker for trade events.
When not investing his energies in the Insurance industry Piyush is involved in several not-for-profits in his efforts to give back to the community at grassroots level. He is also an Adjunct Professor at University of Cincinnati and has taught there for 12 years. An avid traveller, he has travelled to all continents and is also a street photographer. He also enjoys hiking and has been to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Gil has been fascinated by the concept of risk: the history and the challenges of identifying, measuring, and managing risk. His career in the insurance industry was a
natural landing place. After graduating, Gil joined a major food company with an insurance subsidiary and ultimately joined the carrier as an executive managing their reinsurance portfolio and their Fortune 500 large accounts division.
Gil and his partner started a managing and underwriting general agency and grew to be one of the largest independent regional firms. Throughout his career, he has been active in the specialty insurance market and served as a board member and president of the national and state specialty insurance associations and the Texas specialty regulatory stamping office.
Gil is an avid cyclist and has cycled across the United States and participates in a number of group and charity rides and cycling tours in Europe including the Tour De France. He also is active in promoting cycling and a healthy lifestyle for elementary school students through a local charity, Earn A Bike.
